VanguardFX Audio Reaction is an independent plugin for 3ds Max and tyFlow Pro that drives particles, geometry, and shaders directly from audio signals. Instead of hand-keyframing animations, you analyze a soundtrack and the plugin generates motion in real time — based on frequency, amplitude, beats, and transients.

It's not a 3ds Max product. It's a third-party plugin made by an independent developer. Autodesk has no involvement.

Currently supported: 3ds Max 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027. Windows 64-bit only. We don't support macOS or Linux.

• Download the installer (~140 MB)
• Run as Administrator
• Open 3ds Max and the plugin appears in the menu
• First launch shows a License dialog — copy the HWID
• Send HWID to @Vanguard_MyLicense_Bot
• Pay (or pick Trial), receive license key, paste into dialog

Yes — a 7-day free trial with no payment required. The trial has all features unlocked but is tied to one PC and expires after 7 days. Each customer can claim one trial per machine.

HWID (Hardware ID) is a unique fingerprint derived from your PC's hardware (CPU, motherboard, etc.). We use it to tie a license to one specific machine — that's how single-seat licensing works.

We do not collect any personal information or unique identifiers beyond what's needed to generate the HWID. We don't see your name, IP, or any files on your system.

No. Each license is bound to one HWID. If you need multiple seats — e.g. for a studio — contact support for multi-seat pricing.

That's expected — the HWID changes when significant hardware changes. We offer up to 2 free HWID resets per license year. Just message the bot or support explaining the change. Within a few hours we'll reset your license to the new HWID.

Frequent hardware changes (more than 2/year) may require purchasing an additional seat.

Three paid tiers:

• 30-Day License — valid 30 days from activation
• 1-Year License — valid 365 days from activation
• 2-Year License — valid 730 days from activation (best value)

All paid plans include free updates within the license period. After expiry, the plugin stops loading until you renew.

Yes. Open @Vanguard_MyLicense_Bot and send /mylicense. We'll resend the active key tied to your Telegram account.

If you've switched Telegram accounts since purchase, message support with proof of the original transaction.

We currently accept:

• USDT — BSC (BEP-20) network only
• US Bank Transfer (ACH) — for US customers only

We don't accept Iranian Rials, PayPal, or other regional methods at this time.

It depends on the method:

• USDT / Crypto — typically reviewed within 2-6 hours after you send the screenshot.
• Bank transfer (ACH) — 1-3 business days for clearing, then license issued.

We're a small team. If you pay overnight in our timezone, please be patient.

Occasionally — we run sales on holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, Nowruz, etc.) and sometimes offer student discounts. Follow our Telegram channel for announcements.

Most common causes:

• Installer wasn't run as Administrator — re-run as Admin
• Antivirus quarantined plugin files — whitelist the install folder
• 3ds Max wasn't restarted after install — fully close all Max instances first
• Wrong Max version — confirm you're on 2024 / 2025 / 2026 / 2027

If none of these work, send a message to support with your Max version and Windows version.

Check your PC's clock — if the system time is wrong (e.g. set to a future date), the plugin may think the license has expired. Fix the system clock, restart Max, and try again.

Verify:

• The audio file is loaded (drag & drop or "Load Audio" button)
• Volume isn't muted in the plugin's audio panel
• The plugin's analysis output is connected to a particle/material parameter

Save your scene, then send us a bug report via support with:

• 3ds Max version + Windows version
• GPU model
• What you were doing when it crashed
• If possible, the scene file (we won't share or redistribute it)

We typically fix crash reports in the next release.

Minimal. We store:

• Your Telegram ID and username (to deliver licenses)
• Your HWID (to bind the license)
• Payment proof screenshots (briefly, for verification — then deleted within 30 days)

We do not collect your real name, email, IP address, location, or any data from your 3ds Max projects.

Yes. Send /delete to the bot. We'll deactivate your licenses and remove your data within 30 days. Note this is irreversible — you'll need to purchase again if you want to come back.

For EU residents: send GDPR requests (access, rectification, deletion) to the bot or support. We respond within 30 days as required.
