Our approach
We collect the minimum data needed to deliver licenses and support — nothing more. We don't sell data, we don't track you across the web, and we don't use analytics services that build profiles of you.
This policy explains exactly what we collect and why.
What we collect

What we do NOT collect
- Your real name (unless you tell us)
- Your home or business address
- Your email (unless you contact us via email)
- Your IP address (Telegram doesn't share it with us)
- Files in your 3ds Max projects
- Any other data from your PC beyond the HWID
- Browsing data, web tracking, or analytics profiles
Cookies & web tracking
Our website (vanguardfx.pro) does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-site cookies. We use only:
- Session cookies on the admin panel (for our staff login only — does not affect you)
- Local browser cache for site assets (standard web behavior)
There is no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking on this site.
Third parties we share data with
We share data only with services strictly needed to operate:
- Telegram — bot messages pass through Telegram's servers (governed by their Privacy Policy)
- Parspack — our hosting provider stores our database. They do not access user data
We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. Ever.
Your rights (GDPR & similar)
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access — know what data we have about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — have your data erased (subject to legal retention obligations like 7-year tax records)
- Portability — receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Objection — object to certain uses of your data
- Withdraw consent — opt out at any time
To exercise these rights, message @VanguardFX_Support or send /delete to the licensing bot. We respond within 30 days.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data:
- All web traffic is encrypted via HTTPS / TLS
- Database access is restricted to authorized admins
- Passwords are hashed (we never see or store plaintext passwords)
- Payment screenshots are deleted within 30 days
- Our infrastructure is monitored for unauthorized access
No system is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
Children's privacy
VanguardFX Audio Reaction is a professional tool for 3D artists and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
International users
Our service is operated from servers in Europe. By using the service, you consent to your data being processed in our hosting region. We comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and other applicable privacy laws.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced via our Telegram channel and the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change implies acceptance. If you don't agree, you may request deletion of your data.
