The short version

If the VanguardFX Audio Reaction plugin doesn't work for you within 7 days of your purchase, message us — we'll refund the full amount. We want happy customers, not trapped ones.

When you qualify for a full refund

We will not issue refunds in the following cases:

⚠ Chargebacks hurt small businesses. Please contact us first. We respond within 24 hours and almost always work things out.

How to request a refund

  1. Open Telegram and message @VanguardFX_Support
  2. Tell us your purchase date, the Telegram username you used, and the reason
  3. We review within 24-48 hours and approve qualifying refunds
  4. Refund is issued to the original payment method (USDT or bank)
  5. Refund timing depends on method:
    • USDT: typically within 24 hours after approval
    • ACH bank transfer: 3-5 business days
  6. Once refund is approved, your license is deactivated. Continuing to use the plugin after a refund is unauthorized.

Partial refunds & pro-ration

We do not offer pro-rated refunds after the 7-day window. If you bought a 1-Year license and want to cancel after 6 months, we cannot refund the remaining time.

This is industry standard for digital licenses and lets us keep prices low.

Sale & discounted purchases

Refund policy applies equally to full-price and sale-price purchases. If you bought during a sale and request a refund, you receive back the actual amount you paid.

Cryptocurrency considerations

USDT refunds carry network fees (~$1-2 on BSC). We absorb this fee for refunds at our discretion. For refunds under $10, the network fee may make it impractical — we'll discuss alternatives with you.

Disputes

If you're unhappy with a refund decision, you may escalate by replying to the bot with "ESCALATE" — this notifies the founder directly. We genuinely try to make things right.
