The short version
If the VanguardFX Audio Reaction plugin doesn't work for you within 7 days of your purchase, message us — we'll refund the full amount. We want happy customers, not trapped ones.
When you qualify for a full refund
We grant full refunds when:
- You request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- You purchased a paid license (Trial customers can't refund — it was free)
- You explain the reason briefly (helps us improve)
Common acceptable reasons:
- The plugin doesn't install on your supported version of 3ds Max
- The plugin crashes or has bugs that block your work, and we can't fix it within the 7-day window
- The plugin doesn't do what you expected (we'd rather refund than have a frustrated customer)
- You changed your mind — yes, that's a valid reason within 7 days
When refunds are NOT granted
We will not issue refunds in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- The license has been used for more than 14 consecutive days (we can see usage from license check-ins)
- You attempted to bypass, share, or resell the license
- You're requesting a refund due to user error (e.g. installing on an unsupported Max version after we warned you)
- You've already received a refund and re-purchased
- You issued a chargeback before contacting us (we always prefer dialogue first)
⚠ Chargebacks hurt small businesses. Please contact us first. We respond within 24 hours and almost always work things out.
How to request a refund
- Open Telegram and message @VanguardFX_Support
- Tell us your purchase date, the Telegram username you used, and the reason
- We review within 24-48 hours and approve qualifying refunds
- Refund is issued to the original payment method (USDT or bank)
- Refund timing depends on method:
- USDT: typically within 24 hours after approval
- ACH bank transfer: 3-5 business days
- Once refund is approved, your license is deactivated. Continuing to use the plugin after a refund is unauthorized.
Partial refunds & pro-ration
We do not offer pro-rated refunds after the 7-day window. If you bought a 1-Year license and want to cancel after 6 months, we cannot refund the remaining time.
This is industry standard for digital licenses and lets us keep prices low.
Sale & discounted purchases
Refund policy applies equally to full-price and sale-price purchases. If you bought during a sale and request a refund, you receive back the actual amount you paid.
Cryptocurrency considerations
USDT refunds carry network fees (~$1-2 on BSC). We absorb this fee for refunds at our discretion. For refunds under $10, the network fee may make it impractical — we'll discuss alternatives with you.
Disputes
If you're unhappy with a refund decision, you may escalate by replying to the bot with "ESCALATE" — this notifies the founder directly. We genuinely try to make things right.
